… OR … use your online banking to schedule timely HOA payments:
Set up automatic payments (no less than quarterly!), using your bank’s bill pay feature.
1) Add “South Atlantic Communities” as a new payee using the above address.
2) Specify “MOHOA + YOUR address/Lot#” in the account number field and your bank will take it from there.
3) Confirm with SAC that the first payment was received, and you’re good-to-go!
