Approved Roofing Shingles & Colors
The Majestic Oaks HOA pre-approved shingle colors are based on CertainTeed/Landmark brand names and samples, and include: Driftwood, Mojave Tan, Sunrise Cedar and Weathered Wood, as shown below. (ALL roofing contractors are advised to obtain a signed ARC approval from homeowners BEFORE materials delivery!)
The Owens-Corning “Amber” shingle color is also an acceptable color match.
If your roofing contractor can supply any of these choices, an approval can be done quickly. To consider anything else, the ARC committee must meet to review a physical sample. Either way, an ARC form specifying shingle type/color is required before any work can commence on your installation. Find the latest ARC request form here >>
